When I began my career in construction , I knew I was in it for life.  I wanted to take this business to a whole new level by implementing new ideas and creative thinking.  After a decade of experience with all types of homes, I still seem to discover new ideas and products to integrate into my upcoming projects. It is innovative thinking and devotion to my work that has been the building blocks of my career.  It is important for me to stay up to date with building conventions and seminars on both real estate and construction.  After all, the best part of my business is selling and building homes that my Clients will talk about and show to friends and family.  In 2008 and 2009, ALL of my projects came to me by referral.

As a Realtor for RE/MAX Realty Services in Bethesda, and the General Manager and head Contractor for Red Hammer Development, I have made a career as a home expert.  The name Green Hammer Homes is one I chose for my website to show my commitment to building smarter, and the use of new ideas and products.  I have immersed myself in the Green Building program and continue to stay updated in this rapidly evolving Green market.  So as I have made this move to Greener building practices, the company I run, Red Hammer Development, has gone Green too.

My commitment is to my reputation first, which means always taking care of my Clients.  After much experience in the business of serving Clients, both in real estate and construction, there is only one must that always remains constant - Good Communication.

Over the past six years I have also been involved in development projects throughout Maryland and Washington, DC.  Some of these projects include multi-unit buildings in DC, single-family homes ranging from 2,000 sqft to over 10,000 sqft, and restaurants in Bethesda, Hyattsville, and College Park.  I have developed business plans to open new restaurants and implement strategies to jump start existing bars.  I have executed transactions for both the sale of real property and personal property such as restaurant furniture and equipment.

During my time in real estate and construction I have developed a keen ability to build trust and good relationships with all my clients using good communication and excellent quality control.  I find in this business, a company will achieve the most success when client growth is directly related to company reputation.  Properly dealing with people and solving problems are things that take careful attention to detail, and a great amount of understanding.   Earning a great reputation and staying up-to-date with new trends, products, and technology are some of the ways I still continue to grow my business during these tough economic times.
